By purchasing and using the AI Workflow Toolkit ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your business operations. One purchase = one business entity. You may share the Product with employees within your organization but may not publicly distribute, resell, or share it outside your company.
All content, prompts, workflows, and guides remain the intellectual property of Relay Automation. You may not claim authorship, repackage, or resell the Product.

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or time savings. Results depend on how you use the prompts and workflows.
Relay Automation is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Product. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
We may update the Product periodically. Major updates will be provided free to existing customers via email.
